Under Schellenger鈥檚 leadership, TLEPN has emerged as a providing law enforcement officers with access to specially trained peers who help address the challenges of stress, trauma, fatigue and burnout. With more than 1,700 trained peers available through phone, email, or in-person support, the program is actively working to combat police suicide and self-harm.
